    It's ALWAYS the same pharmacy front desk employee. She has a horrible and rude attitude with all the customers. She tells people their prescriptions are not ready without even checking the system. And she often manages to forget to have them print for the staff to refill.

    The worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. In 12/13/22 my daughter had an appointment for a covid booster. We arrived on time and were met with rudeness right off the bat for asking a simple question. We waited for half an hour and I asked the initial greeter how long it would be to get the vaccine. She was annoyed and told us that there was only one pharmacist available. We were not given that information initially, and had I known I would have just scheduled another appointment because I had a long way to travel back home late in the evening. A few minutes later the pharmacist called us into the tiny room where the vaccination would take place. It felt like we were being rushed. She was bothered that I was asking questions about the vaccine, and her trainers were very rude and sort. As we were waiting outside the pharmacist overheard me mention to my daughter that it was not very hygienic for her to have unwrapped bandages on the table to then place over the vaccination site. After vaccinating another patient the pharmacist comes out of the room in a combative manner raising her voice at me about why she had already opened bandages on the table. She tells me that it's faster that way for her. Wow. I asked her why she was so bothered by me asking questions and she continued to argue with me. I couldn't believe that the pharmacist was so bothered by my questions to get to that point. If this pharmacist cannot act in a professional manner with the public then maybe she shouldn't work in a position where she has to interact with people. Never again. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

    I had a good experience getting my Covid booster. The wait wasn't all that long. Maybe 10-15 minutes. And the employees in the store were all courteous. The technician who administered my booster was sweet and gave me a painless shot!

    Pharmacy does not answer the phone—for you, your physician, or for another pharmacist. So you need to go in. Then, do not bother talking with the attitude-heavy staff at the register who are eager to get rid of you, no matter how little they actually know. Just say you need to speak to a pharmacist. Better yet, go elsewhere.

    I always understand that people make mistakes, but I had a pretty serious issue with the pharmacy where one of my prescriptions was filled with the wrong medication. Luckily I’ve been taking the same medication for years and immediately recognized the issue (I picked up 2 prescriptions and both bottles had been filled with one of the prescriptions.) I called the pharmacy as soon as I realized and they apologized and put in an order for the correct pills, but if I had taken a double dose of the medication it could have had very serious and potentially life threatening consequences. I was also fortunate that I had enough of the 2nd medication to carry me over, but missing that medication also has serious consequences. I just want to call this out to avoid any danger for other customers.
