This is for the pharmacy, not the employees— they are lovely. Worst pharmacy I’ve had to ever deal with, trying to figure out why my refill is delayed for days, I call and they tell me its out of stock, and should receive it in a couple of days. Instead of using the “out of stock” status they put it in “reviewing prescription”, so it’s been stuck there for another week thanks to this lazy maneuver. Mind you other Walgreens pharmacies always had the courtesy to call me for any issues with my prescription immediately. 0 stars if i could, 1 is too good even.

I can’t express enough how I appreciate all the pharmacists here. Their service is the best I’ve experienced in the city. I’ve been sticking with them for over two years for my monthly prescriptions. They help me with all the complications of my insurance and would find ways to help me save more of my out-of-pocket balance. They also often call me to offer their free same-day delivery services, which is impressive. Shout out to Scott and Ellie for being the sweetest!

I dislike Walgreens in general, so it would be hard for any location of this pharmacy to impress me. However the store employees, though kind, also were unable to assist me with the service I needed provided, and despite having the best intentions to work with the customer, Walgreens absolute garbage policies make it impossible even for employees who want to help to do the right thing to provide actual customer service. If I could separate the rating I would give the employees 5 stars, and Walgreens ZERO. Forced to split the difference I'm reluctantly giving 2 stars to a terrible pharmacy chain. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else if you can afford it.

TBH I would give 0 star if I could. Here is the reason: I picked up medicine for my husband in September, and asked the pharmacist if he needed my husband's insurance, he said (quote on quote): "No, I need you to pay. " Then charged me $150. I thought ok, this medicine is not covered by my husband's insurance. Today, my husband picked up exactly same medicine from another Walgreen pharmacy, he was charged only $80, cuz he was asked to provide insurance information. So IT IS COVERED BY THE INSURANCE. But the guy I talked to just TOO LAZY TO INPUT IT TO THE SYSTEM. I mean, seriously?? You literally had one job! $70 is several meals! And people need to know that someone here just doesn't take their money seriously and doesn't care at all. That's very sad.
