    There was a middle-aged Indian cashier who spoke only two words and refused to accept my FedEx package return. Instead, he asked me to pack and box the package in another box and affix a shipping label. I confirmed on the Adidas website that this location has a QR scanner, and I didn't need to personally handle any of the process. I explained this to him, but he refused to listen. Additionally, I had an order pickup and was asked to provide the last six digits of the order number. I did so, and he looked suspiciously before even checking the order numbers. I gave up and collected my pickup, deciding not to return the Adidas package and leaving. There was a long queue, and I didn't want to create a scene or waste everyone's time.

    Appalling service. I made an appointment over a week ago for the Covid booster and flu shot. I showed up 30 minutes early. At 30 minutes past my appointment, and after being entirely ignored, I was told it would still be at least 15 more minutes. There were others waiting as well, but no one was calling anyone. No one was giving vaccinations. The staff was completely unapologetic and unaccommodating. They acted like we were the unreasonable ones. Absolutely awful customer service. Go ANYWHERE but here for the terrible pharmacy.

    Their fedex service sucks . I have waited literally 30 minutes to get their system back..common on fedex if you are unable to give the service then please fedex through your service to trash can from wall green.

    A fully staffed DR/Walgreens pharmacy in Woodside at last! The one at Queens Boulevard and 59th was always slow and disorganized, overwhelmed with volume. Now that has been shuttered, let's celebrate a real full service pharmacy counter at last.
