This CVS consistently struggles with empty shelves. The employees work hard with what little they have, often running after customers to unlock security barriers for basic items. At some point, CVS corporate needs to realize that investing in more staff and better wages is more effective than locking up nearly every product. I shop here because it’s convenient, but I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve left empty-handed due to items being out of stock. Maintaining inventory should be a priority, but instead, the focus seems to be on ineffective theft prevention.

Overall my experience there wasn't too bad this time. I personally had to change my pharmacy because I couldn't stand it anymore. They never had my prescriptions ready on time. There were a few times that my doctor had to resend the same prescription over & over again because the pharmacy claimed they didn't get it. Plus there were many times were the pharmacy just decided to cancel my prescriptions because of insurance issues. Instead of notifying me or my doctor to get a different medication. Even though I hate the pharmacy section; I still sometimes shop in the store for things. The prices there are a little higher than other drug stores but this is NYC, & inflation is a 🤬

Young lady who helped me was extremely patient and kind, just wish there were someone in there to help her when she asked for help.

Extremely long wait times with often 1 out of the 3 cashiers being operated. On average, I wait 30-40 minutes for medication per encounter. Also, nearly impossible to get a live agent over the phone. This CVS experience has been disappointing and in my opinion the quality has only continued to downtrend since I started going here in 2019. I hope it improves!
