    I had a great Experience in the pharmacy for the past week , two technicians took the time out there day to help me . Alexus and Lissette are both amazing and professional technicians and they definitely deserve high praise , they took the time to contact me and help me understand the process of getting my medication and they explained when I would get notifications on the med , they helped me get ease on everything wrong I thought might happen. They are both very nice and help the patient by being kindhearted and intellectual at the same time …. I never really have good experiences in pharmacies but I will definitely be getting all my meds from here from now on and it’s due to these two techs !!!!!

    CVS...a Great store that has PEOPLE SKILLS! The staff are always FRIENDLY, knowledgeable, willing to help you find items making the experience very smooth. EXTRA CREDIT the store has a EXTRACARE CARD if you sign up it pays for itself and you get 10, 20, 40 percent off one t item!!!! Bottom line the Experience is always Easy, and I SAVE MONEY on items I use. I make it GO TO on a regular basis!!!! SAVE, SHOP, SMILE!

    Waited 40 minutes AFTER checking in for a vaccine appointment only to find out they didn’t have the vaccine I signed up for. Argh. Then I thought I would get the flu shot while I was there but they said they would charge me $312. Luckily I left, because it turns out my insurance covers it with no copay. Also found out the NIH recommends waiting until October for the flu shot. Shame on CVS for not mentioning that. And the vaccine room was dirty with trash on the floor.

    Absolutely wild how the pharmacy lies to get you off the phone quicker — on the rare instance they do answer and don’t leave you on hold for an hour just to hang up. I called every day for a week about refilling two medications and 5 times was kept on hold until the called was ended on their end and the two times someone answered I was told both were out of stock but should be in tomorrow so call back then. Finally, today someone took more than two minutes to look into what was going on and said he had no idea why I was told they were out of stock because they’ve been there and there weren’t any notes on why my medications weren’t filled. He mentioned maybe someone thought I didn’t have insurance since my company uses a discount code but he was able to process it normally without any issues and both were then filled and ready for pickup within an hour. I have been out of necessary maintenance medications for almost a week because either CVS didn’t want to fill a prescription that they worried wouldn’t be covered but didn’t bother to tell me that concern or the people I spoke to just couldn’t be asked to check why it was on hold and just lied about a stock issue to save time and get me off the phone. This location used to be so much better but the last couple months they’ve really dropped the ball.

    If I could negative star I would. This is my last day visiting CVS. I'm switching to capsule. This pharmacy is not good for my mental well being or blood pressure. And the irony is that it's my blood pressure meds I'm here to pick up. They are slow, rude, sloppy and unprofessional. I came here 3 times for the same prescription. When it's not them opening way after 9am, it's something wrong with the system or the pharmacist running late. I'm so mad. I'm literally waiting in line now for the 3rd time for 30 minutes and it's just one person at check out and 10 of us in line waiting.
