This is the worst pharmacy ever. I told them i do not want to business with them. They held my mothers meds hostage and try to force me to come to them. It took me over a week and with the help of my new pharmacy to get these idiots to release the hold on the med. I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. They dont care about the patient they only care about money and never even have ant medication in stock

Unprofessional and rude Bengali staff here. Long waits as well. I do not advise making this your pharmacy.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in Jackson Heights. They had an old pharmacy named Dhaka Pharmacy. They committed fraud for which the old one was shut down and had to open a new one with the following name “New Dhaka Pharmacy”. The staff does not know how to handle customers and always express anger and rudeness. Every time I go there to pick up medicine for my mother, it always takes 1-2 hours. This is the reason why me and my other family members changed our pharmacy to Elmhurst Pharmacy. The staff at the pharmacy are supposed to prepare the medication as soon as they receive the prescription from the doctor. But no, they wait until the patient goes to pick up their medicine. Unfortunately, I’m ashamed to say they are my people (Bangladeshi/Bengali). They are not trained properly nor do they have the knowledge or adequate manners how to treat people. WORST OF ALL!!! Save yourself the hustle and time and go to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is very bad they don’t receive any phone.if we go to pick up the medicine we have to wait more than 1 hours.they just want sale medicine and make money. They don’t care public health that so I my recommend don’t go there protest your health
